Review of “Temporary Workers” IR35 status

The recent change to the IR35 legislation and Public Sector Off- Payroll working has increased the risk of Engineering Consultants who second “Temporary Workers” to clients; that are deemed under the IR35 legislation to be Public Sector bodies.
