Chemical Process Engineer – Stopford Projects - Ellesmere Port; to undertake Preliminary Design Studies and Process Engineering Calculations to new process plant extension
Highways Engineer (CH2M) – Warrington; to undertake Highways Engineering Design to major schemes for the Highways Agency and Local Authority clients.
Lead Piping Layout Engineer – WorleyParsons - Teeside; to have a substantial, recent and proven track record of supervising teams of PDMS designers and Piping Engineers on large onshore oil and gas, LNG, refinery, chemical or petrochemical projects.
Senior Civil Engineer (Manchester Council) - Manchester; to work within the Small Works team comprising of multi-disciplinary technical teams delivering a very diverse Capital and Revenue programs.
Revit Technician – (WSP) – London Heathrow ; to assist on the scheme design at Heathrow Airport on the reconfiguring the baggage handling system for T1,2,3,4.
M&E Building Surveyors - (WYG) - London; to undertake surveys for Crossrail Stations covering building services. The client was seeking experienced Building Services surveyors from the Mechanical Electrical / Building Services sector with the capability to condition rate assets within agreed guidelines.
Piping Designer – Jacobs Engineering – Speke – to undertake piping design to chemical process plant.
Building Services Engineer (CH2M) - Westminster,London; to work alongside the Environment Agency to undertake Conditional surveys, Domestic HW/CW and provide design solutions
Structural Technician – (Carter Clack) – London, to work on a variety of projects including: Universities, Schools and Leisure Facilities, Hospitals and laboratory facilities, Listed Building Refurbishment, Building Repair and LPS strengthening and Offices, Industrial and Retail Projects.
I & E Designer – Haden Freeman – Manchester; to undertake Instrumentation and Electrical design to various projects.
Electrical Engineer (ATKINS) - Faslane - Degree qualified to develop installation design solutions and have input to the production and maintenance of Safety Case Documentation for Nuclear Safety Implicated Low Voltage (LV) assets / facilities at HMNB Clyde.
MEP Revit CAD (ATKINS); Warrington; minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in using Revit for modelling purposes. A good level of knowledge in modelling and creating families will be an important prerequisite (since there is likely to be mechanical equipment on site where a standard family cannot be sought from manufacturer) 2-4 years’ exp working in electrical/mechanical/public health/piping BUILDING SERVICES.
Mechanical B/S Engineers (ATKINS); Warrington and Leeds; to undertake building services design, production, specifications and schedules and provide external reports and advice to client.
Breeam Assessor – (ATKINS) – Warrington; to manage BREEAM assessments from feasibility stage through to project completion.
Civil CAD Technician (GHA) – Warrington; to produce both layout and detail drawings.
Mechanical CAD Designer (Babcock Marine) - Bristol – to be responsible for the re-modelling drawings connected to the UK/Canadian Submarine Weapon Handling and Discharge Equipment
Civil CAD Technician (GHA) – Warrington ; water industry experience to produce both layout and detail drawings.
Piping Designers – Jacobs Engineering – Manchester; to work on a large, new build petrochemical plant. Candidates had to have at least five years’ experience in Piping Design on Process Plant projects - either Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, Nuclear or Water Treatment and have hands-on experience in any CAD system - PDMS, PDS, Autocad or Autoplant.
Project Management and Controls
Senior Project Manager (Stockport Council) - Stockport; to be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Stockport’s TCAP (Town Centre Access Plan), major £73m project. Coordinating the project on behalf of Stockport Council/TFGM and managing design consultancies and site works.
Senior Project Manager (Blackpool Council) - Blackpool: to be responsible for the management of the design consultancies and site works relating to urban realm, quality corridor projects involving high quality paving, street furniture, highway schemes, junction realignments and light rail.
Project Manager (East Sussex Council) - East Sussex: to be responsible for the whole of East Sussex Councils Highway Network, involving major projects and cyclical Highways Maintenance.
Planner/Scheduler (The Environment Agency) – Bridgewater; to carry out scheduling of resources, procurement, monitoring of work to cost/quality and general performance reporting.
Project Manager – (GP Strategies) – London and Midlands; to be responsible for handling a range of Projects in the food processing sector. Responsible for creating procurement strategy and execution for facilities and equipment and manage the on-site construction process to include testing, commissioning, snagging, through to production handover.
Senior Procurement Consultant - Light Rail (PB) – Manchester; Senior Procurement Consultant with recent experience of Procuring Services and Engineering for a light rail project. Candidates were expected to have Significant of experience Light Rail/ Tube/ Underground type projects procuring goods, services and engineering disciplines.
Property And Surveying
Project Manager - Property/facilities Management - (DFT); Bristol and Newcastle; to be responsible for the successful delivery of property projects, involving: customer liaison; writing the brief for Works; obtaining appropriate internal approvals; the appointment, management and co-ordination of external service providers; stakeholder liaison; and, project handover.
Project Manager - Property refurbishment and Maintenance (Environment Agency) - Leeds; to be responsible for to be for delivering a major refurbishment project. Developing the business case with the support of the project board, procuring the contractors, and then implementing the preferred option.
Quantity Surveyor (Babcock Rail) - Bristol; to work as part of the contractors on-site commercial team. Formulation of cost and cash flow forecasts; compilation and agreement of valuations; identification of change, advising on same and preparation of associated quotations and submission and agreement of compensation events.
Building Defect Surveyors (PB) – Godalming; to undertake site surveys of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Building Surveyor – (DfE – Department for Education) London; to work across the Buildings and Asset Management Division and the wider EFA and DfE. Experienced in using a variety of building surveying data collection tools.
Building Surveyor – (PB) – Guildford; to undertake site surveys of residential, commercial and industrial properties in central London/Essex.
Construction Management
Process Commissioning Engineer – Viridor - Energy to Waste, Scotland – to assist in Commissioning and to ensure all activities in relation to the commissioning of the plant were undertaken safely in accordance with the commissioning programme. Process Commissioning Engineers from a Waste Water/Sewage treatment background. Qualified to HNC/Degree in process or chemical engineering or other relevant discipline.
Health and Safety Advisors – (DECC – The Department of Energy and Climate Change) - London; Safety Advisors - with NEBOSH Certificate with an understanding of FM Teams; to provide a systematic approach to auditing geographically widespread properties across the Department’s estate.
Mechanical Engineers - (WSP/PB)– Coryton Power Station - Power Plant Outage – Mechanical Inspection Engineers with significant experience of the repair and maintenance of Power plants/Outages. Candidates needed to have significant experience of: Steam Turbines, Pressure Systems, Rotating Equipment, Gas Generators and Transformers.
Health and Safety Advisors – (DECC – The Department of Energy and Climate Change) - London; Safety Advisors - with NEBOSH Certificate with an understanding of FM Teams; to provide a systematic approach to auditing geographically widespread properties across the Department’s estate.
Construction Interface Manager – (Thames Tideway) - London; to be responsible for managing the Third Party Infrastructure (TPI) interfaces and associated activities on Thames Tideway Tunnel project.
Contractors Resident Engineer (J Murphy): Warrington; to supervise construction/civil engineering works including Structures and Temporary Works.
Highway Clerk of Works – (CH2M) Aberdeen; to supervise the construction of one section of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route AWPR including the witnessing and recording of operations and activities on a daily basis and checking elements of the permanent works.
M&E Resident Engineer – (Siemens) – Hunterston (Scotland); M&E Resident Engineer to manage a large M & E package of works at Hunterson, Scotland. Significant site management experience of complex M & E packages including significant HVAC.
HSE ENGINEER – CCGT - (PB – Newcastle); HSE Engineer, with experience of working on Power Station projects and proven experience of delivering a wide range of EHS/HSE related matters throughout the construction and commissioning of this CCGT Plant.
Construction Health and Safety Advisor (Murphy) – London; Safety Advisor to act as appointed Person to look after LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations)
