The Company/Role:
Our client is a Building Services Engineering Consultancy Services specialising in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design, together with Condition and Compliance Surveys and Risk Assessments.
They provide robust and innovative M&E design solutions, offering a flexible approach to all commissions, whilst ensuring compliance with current and changing legislation. 
They have invested in contemporary design software such as Tas Engineering and Revit BIM to support our design approach. 
They are committed to reducing the environmental impact of Building Engineering Services without compromising performance.

Due to an increase in NEW BUSINESS they are now looking to recruit a Building Services Associate to be based in Bristol, your duties will include:
Project responsible for a team of engineers / technicians, can include line management responsibility for Engineers and Technicians.
To assist in marketing activity and develop new and existing clients
Establish and agree clear responsibility for the project.
Propose and discuss labour resource requirements,
Develop and present project design proposals to clients.
Prepare, ready for tender, specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules and contract documentation.
Issue in conjunction with the client, contract documentation to tender
Financial control, including invoicing of projects .

The Candidate:
You will be an experienced Building Services Senior Engineer or Associate
You will have at least 10+years within a Consultancy environment.
You will be professionally qualified.
