The Role:
Our prestigious client requires an experienced Training Needs Analyst to work closely with their internal teams, ensuring total JSP 822 compliance whilst producing the TNA programme.
Duties will involve:
Primary responsibilities will be to produce and update the TNA programme, as well as conducting RA, Training Gap Analyses and Training Options Analyses. The client’s requirement is urgent, thus the successful candidate will be capable of working with little support or guidance from the client and able to get up to speed quickly.
The Candidate:
Due to the high-security of the client’s facilities, and the need to be commence the contract urgently, candidates MUST have current Security Check (SC) clearance.
Additionally, you will have completed recent JSP 822 compliant TNA activities, demonstrating excellent knowledge and understanding of the JSP 822 training standard.
Experience of working within a marine and/or submarines context would be beneficial.
